Base pay: Flat $100 per week for the scheduled workweek, before bonuses.
Reporting and Minimum Performance
Agents must report qualified live transfers in the WhatsApp thread at lunch and at end of shift.
Minimum expectation is 5 qualified live transfers per day to qualify for bonuses and retain a seat. Starting goal is 1-2 qualified live transfers per hour.
Daily Qualified Live Transfer Bonuses
Bonuses are daily and retroactive for the full day once a higher tier is reached.
